1. Return Policy:

At Florenza Italiya, we strive to provide our customers with a delightful shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, once items are delivered, they cannot be returned as opened or used products cannot be reused or resold.

  • Our products are made with active natural extracts and ingredients. Damages caused by neglect, improper use, or incorrect application will not be covered under this policy.
  • We do not assume responsibility for adverse reactions or sensitivities caused by specific product ingredients. It is recommended to conduct patch tests as advised on each product packaging.

Refund Policy

  • Florenza Italiya is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been delivered.
  • If you are claiming missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or an incorrect product, an unboxing video showing the original packaging is mandatory.
  • To claim a refund, please contact our customer care team at +918848101280 or email us at info@florenzaitaliya.com with the subject line “Refund for [Order ID]” along with relevant images and videos.
  • If you notice that a package is tampered with, damaged, or defective, refuse to accept it from the delivery partner and contact us immediately.
  • If your order has been marked as delivered but was not received, you must report this to our customer care team within 3 days of the delivery status. No refunds will be issued after this period.
  • Refunds do not include delivery charges, as these are non-refundable by our logistics partners.
  • Claims for refunds must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once a refund is accepted, it may take up to 10 days for the amount to be credited to your account. A transaction ID and relevant details will be provided once the refund is initiated.

Return Policy

  • In rare cases where a product is damaged during transit (e.g., leakage, broken, or missing items), a refund or exchange can be initiated after verifying the claim.
  • Customers must contact our customer care team within 24-48 hours of receiving the damaged product for claims.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse. A processing fee of 2.5% will be deducted from the refund amount for cancellations.
  • Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 10 days of cancellation acceptance.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If a prepaid order is returned to the seller after shipment, an amount of ₹90 will be deducted from the refund.
